The SAE International Journal of Sustainable Transportation, Energy, Environment, & Policy is a peer-reviewed journal that provides a forum for the exchange of novel, innovative, and transdisciplinary ideas on incorporating and enhancing sustainability from environmental, energy, engineering, public policy, social, and economic perspectives over the entire life cycle of automobiles, aircrafts, and other transportation systems that span across diverse landscapes. This Journal focuses on combining the engineering perspective with one or more of the other aforementioned topics to analyze the potential ways of improving the environmental performance of the transportation sector.

In the pursuit of a greener and more sustainable future, the HEREM 2022 symposium served as an intellectual hub, gathering brilliant minds from across the globe to share their groundbreaking insights into hydrogen energy, renewable resources, and materials that pave the way for a cleaner transportation ecosystem.
